Online Loandex Starts @ 61 Days
|
An additional 30 days of credit dealing reports will be added to the Online Loandex System.
The BAPCB Board of Directors during its meeting on March 12, 2009 approved the expanded coverage of the credit dealing reports under the Online Loandex System to 61 days from the previous coverage of 91 days to 180 days. Effective April 15, 2009, credit dealing reports covered under the Online Loandex System will be from 61 days to 180 days.

Reminder to NFIS Subscribers
In line with the terms and conditions of your subscription to the Negative File Information system (NFIS), all NFIS subscribers should submit on or before January 31, 2009 their report on foreclosed accounts under ROPOA, items in litigation, and written-off accounts covering both corporate and consumer loan accounts for the period July to December 2008.
The report formats are available from the Download section of the NFIS application screen. Please provide all the necessary information requested in the report formats, particularly the birthdate, as well as the middle name, residential and business address for individual accounts, and the TIN, SEC or DTI Registration Number and the business address for corporate accounts.
